Every Organization Has Opportunities for Improvement
In every organization there will be products, services, systems, and procedures that are no longer efficient, profitable, effective, or worthwhile. The key to maintaining profitability is to, as quickly as possible, get rid of assets that don’t perform well.
Devise a quality control system that periodically appraises the value of each component of your business. Examine your products, review your procedures, and check out your equipment and supplies. Is everything working up to expectation? Is every function still necessary and effective? Is there a better way to accomplish your objectives?
Every organization has opportunities for improvement. If you eliminate weak areas, you can re-channel your resources into more profitable and successful ventures.
Continually reevaluate your business, making any changes necessary, and your long-term success will be assured.
Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away (John 15:2)
